Your Impact

The purpose of this role is to support the People and Culture function, focused on Business Partnering. Successful candidates will operate on a global level and will be expected to take ownership of individual responsibilities and also contribute to team initiatives. Competence & Role

  • Be a truly effective HR Business Partner for the Product Organization - focused on performance management, employee relations, organizational change model
  • Partner with Product Leaders globally to support the employee life cycle through hire to retire 
  • Be able to coach and partner with managers and leaders through organizational change and growth - coaching managers through organizational changes

Your Experience

  • Min 10+ years of relevant global business partnering experience
  • Your biggest strengths are being DILIGENT and demonstrating your ORGANIZATION SKILLS
  • Excellent customer success and verbal, presentation and written communication skills and an Energy Giver
  • Thrive in an environment of ambiguity with competing priorities
  • Passion for bringing out the best in people and a sense of team pride
  • Hands-on mentality, PROACTIVE suggesting areas of change and innovation
  • Unquestioned integrity
